| Where can I buy a plain steel locking bondage collar that has an integral lock or is permanent? I would like to know where I can buy a steel bondage collar that looks very plain and does not have any attached rings or ornaments on it. I am interested in finding sites that sell collars that lock and do not require the use of a padlock to be secured to the wearer. A collar that locks on its own and which requires a special key to remove would be a good example of this. I am not interested in hex-style locks that can be manipulated using replacement wrenches purchased at hardware stores. I am looking for collars made completely of steel and that have no leather components, unless it is used only to line the interior side of the metal.
